How to play:

1.       Watch My Little Pony: A New Generation on okto on 5 (telecasting on 28 Nov 3.30pm, 9 Dec 3pm, 20 Dec 3.30pm)

2.       Answer three (3) questions about the movie on the contest page and tell us which pony you like the most, and why.

3.       Participants aged 12 and below must get their parents/guardians to submit their entries on their behalf.

How to win:
One (1) participant who answers all three (3) questions correctly and provides the most creative answer to “Tell us which pony you like the most, and why” wins the grand prize! Three (3) runner-ups will also be selected based on creativity. Each participant can submit multiple entries but is only allowed to win once throughout the contest period. Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) working days from the end of contest. Upon winning, you will be asked for your contact details to receive the prizes.

1. This Contest is organised by Mediacorp Pte. Ltd. (the “Organiser”). This Contest is open to all residents of Singapore except for employees of the Organiser and sponsors of this Contest, and their respective immediate family members. If a participant is below the age of 18, he/she warrants that he/she has obtained the consent of his parent/legal guardian to participate in the Contest in accordance with these terms and conditions. By participating in this Contest, the participant agrees to be bound by the official rules, regulations and decisions of the Organiser.

2. Each participant will be required to answer three (3) question from the movie and one (1) open-ended question to submit their entry for The Contest.

3. The Contest is open for entries from 1000hrs on 28 November 2021 to 2359hrs on 26 December 2021. Any entries received outside of stipulated contest period will be disregarded.

4. There will be up to 4 winners for this Contest.

5. Participants may submit multiple entries during the Contest period. However, each participant can only win once during the entire Contest. Any participant who has been selected as a winner at any point in the Contest will no longer be eligible to participate for the remaining period of the Contest. Participants will be identified via their mobile number.

6. Winners will be notified via email latest by 3 January 2021. Winners will be required to provide their contact details and email address for the purpose of prize delivery. If winners do not respond within the time stipulated in the email, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the winner.

7.  Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prizes with other items of similar value without giving prior notice.

8. By participating in this Contest, the participant agrees to participate in any form of publicity for this Contest. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any winner(s) in the event that the winner(s) refuses or fails to participate in such publicity for this Contest.

9. Participants’ personal data will only be used for the purposes of the Contest.

10. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to this Contest is final, conclusive and binding on all persons. No correspondence will be entertained.

11. The Organiser, along with its related companies and authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this Contest, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Organiser and its related companies and authorised agencies harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to this Contest.

12. The Organiser reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice. The Organiser further reserves the right, without any liability on its part whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, or in any other way terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice.

13. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to this Contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. These Terms and Conditions listed are not intended to confer rights by a third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

15. Staycation travel allowance is provided to the maximum value of $1,000 USD, which can be spent on care hire, petrol/parking, car transfers, internal flights, or travel by public transport within the winner’s country of residence; At least one traveler must be aged 18 or over; accommodation is based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 sharing a quadruple occupancy room in Singapore; a valid credit or debit card will be required to guarantee your room on check in; the prize excludes rental car, meals and drinks (except where stated above), excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; all elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered; hotel will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; any necessary insurance is the responsibility of the winner and guests; prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays; prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time; if the winner elects not to, or is unable to use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package; the makeover experience is for children only, exact makeover inclusions will vary by location and is subject to availability; dinner at the specified restaurant is provided to the maximum value of $200 USD; cash allowances will be converted into winner’s local currency; The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd.
